Who We Are
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5
The Branches is an exciting growing church in Hendricks County. We meet in a Rec Center and are active in the community and world. We are a church that desires to see Jesus intersect people’s lives and stories.
We would love for you to come and be part of this life-giving community. We hope that you will feel loved and be able to use the gifts that God has given you to serve Jesus. Seeing God’s name glorified more than our own is our desire. Although we are far from being a perfect church, we work hard to love deeply and to branch out with that love to others.
Where We Are Going
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthews 6:33
The Branches is a church seeking to bring heaven to earth in our community. To help people learn to live for Jesus to experience healing, peace, love, and wholeness. Our heart as a church is in our commitment to tell one more person about Jesus. We are a church that believes God is at work in your life and is transforming you into what you are called to be and become.
We would love for you to be part of this movement of God.
Our Vision
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
Going deeper with God to branch out and make disciples of Jesus Christ.
Our Mission
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’There is no commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:30-31
Connect to God
To have a transforming connection with God. To experience salvation in Jesus.
Grow in Christ
To daily walk with Jesus and live out the life-giving teachings of Jesus.
Love others
God is love, so we are to walk in the ways of love. We are to love our families, friends, enemies, and strangers. When we love deeply, we will open our lives to be examples of Jesus to those around us.
